General Manager - Distillery

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our distillery operations, oversee staff, and ensure the highest standards of quality and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of hospitality management, and a passion for the spirits industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing distillery, brewery or bar environments. The General Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining safety standards, and fostering a positive team culture in a fast-paced distillery setting. What You'll Do Manage operations for both the public and private tasting rooms. Hire, train, and lead front-of-house staff. Oversee scheduling, inventory, and supply management. Coordinate events, tastings, and private bookings. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment. Report on performance and communicate regularly with ownership. What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of hospitality management experience (distillery, brewery, or similar preferred). Strong leadership and organizational skills.
