Tues-Fri 3 PM-9 PM | Weekends 9 AM-3 PM (plus prep/admin time as needed) About Us Decadent Desserts is a growing neighborhood bakery known for fresh, high-quality desserts and a loyal customer base. We're looking for a motivated, reliable individual to step into a leadership role and help run day-to-day operations. Role Overview This is a hands-on manager-in-training position with a clear path to full operational leadership. You'll learn the business from the inside out and take ownership of daily operations, team management, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily bakery operations (open/close, production flow, quality control) Create and manage staff schedules Lead and support a small team Maintain inventory, place orders, and manage vendor relationships Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and compliance Deliver excellent customer service and handle issues professionally Assist with baking/production as needed Support weekly planning (menu items, prep lists, specials) What We're Looking For Strong organization and leadership skills Reliable, proactive, and able to take ownership Comfortable managing people and making decisions Food service, bakery, or kitchen experience preferred (not required) Willingness to learn and grow into a full leadership role What We Offer Opportunity to grow into a full management role Hands-on training and mentorship Creative, supportive environment Competitive pay (based on experience) To Apply Send a brief intro and your experience to or DM us.
