Opportunity to lead your own store and team Clear path for career growth and advancement Fast-paced environment where your work makes an impact Generous discounts on food/coffee Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Manage the recruiting, hiring and training of team members Build a positive, accountable team culture Provide ongoing feedback, recognize performance and resolve team concerns Operations & Guest Experience Create a guest-first culture and lead by example to deliver excellent service Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and food safety Ensure proper staffing to keep shifts running smoothly and efficiently Business & Financial Performance Drive sales and execute local marketing efforts Control labor, food costs, and cash handling Review performance and take action to improve results Administrative & Operational Support Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering Forecast staffing and business needs Complete basic reporting and admin tasks What We're Looking For 1+ year of management or leadership experience (QSR/retail preferred) Strong communication and leadership skills with a demonstrated understanding of confidentiality Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on role Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills High school diploma (or equivalent) ServSafe Certification (preferred) Reliable transportation What to Expect Flexible schedule (including early mornings, weekends, holidays) On your feet most of the shift (candidates should be able to sit, stand, traverse, etc. for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50lbs.)
