Restaurant + Nightlife Manager for High Volume Venue

Our premier dining and nightlife destination with multiple levels including the rooftop, is seeking talented and seasoned professionals to lead the way in the New Jersey/NYC hospitality industry. We are currently seeking a Floor Manager to join our team.

Qualifications for employment:

Must have 5 years of experience in Hotel/Food & Beverage Previous restaurant management and/or training experience is a must Must have a strong leadership background, excellent organizational and communication skills Must have a passion for hospitality and understand what it means to deliver an amazing guest experience Must be able to schedule, direct, coordinate and implement policy and procedures, handle any and all guest issues. Ability to lead, motivate and develop their team Ability to juggle many tasks and handle critical deadlines in a timely manner Ability to attend to high volume of guests

$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
