General Manager

We are looking for a General Manager to oversee all staff, and front of house operations of the local business unit. General Manager responsibilities include managing people and establishing policies. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker. You should be able to work in a family-friendly work environment. Team oriented as well as experience in the restaurant industry. We are a restaurant establishment continuously looking to grow and evolve. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations Oversee scheduling for front of house staff. Inventory & ordering of food products, Set policies and processes Ensure employees work productively and together. Oversee recruitment and training of new employees Evaluate and improve operations. Direct the employee side work and day to day cleaning lists. Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations Provide solutions to issues for higher management. Skills Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role Experience in restaurant industry. Knowledge of business process and functions (POS experience & online ordering) Strong customer service skills Excellent communication skills Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Problem-solving aptitude
