- Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 4 to lead daily foodservice operations for our food team at HMH Carrier Clinic l ocated in Belle Mead, New Jersey.
Carrier Clinic, a behavioral healthcare system in Belle Mead, New Jersey, has an overall licensed hospital capacity of 297 beds. This total includes specialized psychiatric, addiction, and youth residential treatment spaces across its main campus What You'll Do Have oversight of day-to-day operations Deliver high quality food service Achieve company and client financial targets and goals Develop and maintain client and customer relationships Develop strategic plans Create a positive environment Ensure Sodexo Standards are met What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. What You Bring Strong Operations, Finance, Patient, Retail, and Client Relations are essential for success in this role. New Unit Opening Experience, ideal. A true commitment to Nursing Relationships and the Patient Experience is needed. Staff development, engagement, and understanding of regulatory compliance in NJ a plus. A work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively. General Manager Food & Nutrition leadership experience in a healthcare environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service.
