  • Part-time Job Overview About us Homestead Bar & Kitchen is a bi-level bar offering cocktails, beer, & elevated bar bites, open 7 days a week.
The bar's main floor is a popular happy hour and late-night hangout spot with TVs/big screens for sports, an upstairs lofted mezzanine for private events, which occasionally is open to the public. We are looking for a responsible, reliable, energetic and organized floor manager to join our team .
Availability Requirements:
Evening/Late Night availability is required 3-4x days per week available is required
Responsibilities :
Supervise on duty bartenders, servers, bar-backs, and security while on duty to ensure exceptional service is provided Confidently manage and execute scheduled private events/large group reservations on shift, including setup, service oversight, and breakdown Oversee guest services and resolve issues Adhere to all alcohol, safety and sanitation regulations Oversee closing procedures for the bar Maintain strong floor presence during peak nights, events, and game days
Preferred :
Ability to step in to bartend or support service when volume demands Communicate and report to General Managers and owners consistently
Qualifications:
Comfortable managing on-shift private events and large parties independently ( training provided ) Demonstrate strong ability to problem solve and lead Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent guest service and conflict-resolution skills Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and eagerness to work with others
  • Strong communication and reporting skills to General Managers and owners
  • Drivers license (preferred)
Pay:
$200.00
  • $300.
