Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fine dining establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food/wine service and restaurant management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Restaurant Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and leading a team committed to excellence. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant. Train, mentor, and develop staff members to enhance their skills and promote a positive work environment. Address customer inquiries and complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction. Skills Strong knowledge of Wine & Liquor. Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Exceptional communication skills for interacting with customers and staff alike. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus, enhancing the overall dining experience for guests. A passion for fine dining and creating memorable experiences for patrons.
