Counter Position Job Overview :
We are seeking individuals who are dedicated to providing positive customer experiences.
The job entails:
taking orders, answering customer questions, prepping fruit, making bowls, smoothies, toasts, coffees/drinks, cleaning work stations, and executing effective customer service.

Responsibilities:
Use point of sale cash register system Take customer orders and put together the orders Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant Manage time effectively Maintain a positive work environment for guests and staff Check products to ensure consistency Addressing any questions or comments that customers may have Communication with co-workers and manager
Requirements:
Must at least be over the age of 16 Ability to work at least 15+ hours weekly Must be able to lift over 25 pounds Must be dependable, committed, communicative
Shift Manager Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced shift Managers to oversee the daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards and quality. As a Counter Manager, you will lead a team, manage inventory, and ensure that all operations run smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction. Foster a positive team environment through effective leadership and communication. Experience Proven experience in management or similar roles within the food/beverage industry. Familiarity with quick service restaurant operations as well as casual dining experiences.
