Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to lead our hospitality team and elevate the guest experience across all food and beverage outlets. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality. Your leadership will drive efficiency, foster a positive team environment, and ensure the seamless delivery of culinary and beverage services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your management skills in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused setting. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all aspects of food preparation, service, and beverage operations across multiple outlets including casual dining, fine dining, catering, and bar services Oversee inventory control, ensuring proper stock levels, accurate food handling, and adherence to food safety standards Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Train, develop, and motivate staff through effective onboarding, ongoing training & development programs, and performance evaluations Coordinate shift management to ensure smooth operations during peak hours while maintaining high customer service standards Implement food production procedures to optimize kitchen efficiency while maintaining quality and presentation standards Monitor budgeting processes, control costs, and maximize profitability through strategic resource management Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety protocols in all food handling and kitchen activities Foster a welcoming environment that emphasizes exceptional customer service and hospitality excellence Qualifications Proven experience managing food & beverage operations within quick service & fast food restaurants or fine dining establishments Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management with culinary experience preferred Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficient in cash handling procedures Demonstrated supervisory experience in restaurant management or hospitality management roles Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train & develop staff effectively; experience in interviewing is a plus Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control practices, and food industry regulations Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Previous experience in catering, banquet services, or hotel F&B operations is advantageous Strong communication skills coupled with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service Join us as an F&B Manager to lead a vibrant team dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences!
