Shift Manager / Assistant Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a Shift Manager / Assistant Manager with some relative experience in quick service restaurants. These roles offer an opportunity to develop leadership skills, oversee daily restaurant operations and be part of our great team. You will play a key role in supervising staff, managing food quality standards, and maintaining efficient restaurant workflows. We have a great system in place, we are looking for a few individuals that will fit well with the system we have already built. We offer very flexible scheduling to fit your work / life balance. Duties Lead daily restaurant operations during your shift. Opening and closing operations of the restaurant. Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and proper handling procedures. Operate our POS system, Toast, for accurate cash handling, order processing, and accuracy. Ensure adherence to health regulations and safety protocols across all areas of the restaurant. Support kitchen operation by supervising food production, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements 18 years of age. An ability to learn our system completely. Not required but any prior restaurant experience would be helpful.

Pay:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
