They are responsible for meeting sales goals, controlling inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and train deli staff on food preparation, customer service, and safety procedures. Manage daily deli operations, including food production, merchandising, and scheduling. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Monitor product quality, freshness, and presentation standards. Order, receive, and manage inventory to minimize waste and control costs. Develop employee work schedules and oversee performance. Handle customer inquiries, special orders, and complaints professionally. Track sales, labor costs, and department profitability. Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas and equipment. Implement promotional activities and merchandising displays to increase sales.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous deli, food service, or retail management experience. Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Basic inventory management skills.

Physical Requirements:
