In this role, you'll oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff, and uphold high standards of food quality and customer service. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and has a strong background in food service management, with experience in both casual and fine dining environments. Your leadership will help create a welcoming atmosphere where both guests and staff feel valued. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness. Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure a motivated and efficient team. Supervise food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations across all departments. Handle inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing stock levels to minimize waste and control costs. Use POS systems such as Lightspeed POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting. Coordinate shift management to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours in quick service or fine dining settings. Support customer service efforts by addressing guest concerns promptly and ensuring a memorable dining experience. Skills Proven management experience in the food industry, especially within quick service, fast food, casual dining, or fine dining restaurants. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices. Familiarity with POS systems for sales transactions and inventory tracking. Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervising teams, and conducting interviews. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage budgets effectively. Deep understanding of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and health regulations. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly approach that fosters guest satisfaction.
