In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of club operations, ensuring seamless service, operational excellence, and a welcoming environment that fosters loyalty and satisfaction. Your leadership will drive the club's strategic vision, uphold high standards of hospitality, and manage day-to-day activities with enthusiasm and professionalism. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned hospitality professional eager to make a lasting impact in a prestigious private club setting. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all club departments, including front desk, food and beverage, housekeeping, athletics and member services, ensuring smooth coordination and exceptional guest experiences Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards that promote efficiency, safety, and high-quality service delivery Oversee revenue management strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining member satisfaction Manage budgeting processes, monitor financial performance, and control expenses to meet financial goals Foster a positive work environment by recruiting, training, mentoring, and evaluating staff performance across all departments Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as club policies and procedures Cultivate strong relationships with members by addressing their needs promptly and professionally; enhance guest relations through personalized service initiatives Oversee human resources functions including staffing, scheduling, conflict resolution, and maintaining employee engagement Coordinate with vendors and service providers to maintain club facilities in excellent condition Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette; ensure prompt resolution of issues or concerns Assist in creating and hosting member events, outside events and staff events Skills Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse member needs effectively Proven supervising experience within hospitality management or hotel management environments Extensive knowledge of hospitality operations including guest services, resort management, night audit procedures, and front desk functions Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work culture Expertise in revenue management techniques to optimize profitability without compromising service quality Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term member relationships Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, human resources management, and hotel experience preferred Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and effective phone etiquette standards Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us as we create memorable experiences for our members through passionate leadership and exceptional service!
