General Manager - Dunkin

Are you a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to build a great team? We are looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead one of our Dunkin' restaurants. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, including team leadership, guest service, sales growth, food safety, and profitability. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, communicates well, and is passionate about creating a positive experience for both guests and employees.

What You'll Do:

Lead and develop a high-performing restaurant team Manage daily operations to ensure excellent guest service Hire, train, coach, and hold team members accountable Oversee scheduling, labor, inventory, and food cost controls Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance Handle employee relations and support team development

What We're Looking For:

Previous restaurant management experience required General Manager or multi-unit experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Reliable transportation Ability to stand for extended periods and perform duties of a hands-on leadership role

$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
