Job Description

Element Restaurant and Bar is looking for an assistant manager to join our family owned team. We are located in Stafford Township just a few minutes from LBI. The ideal candidate would have a passion for hospitality and service. The assistant manager must be able to provide the best experience to customers as well as employees.

Salaried position $55k-$75k based on experience 401k Offered 40+ hours, but we value work/life balance Weekend availability is a must Previous restaurant experience is not mandatory, but the candidate must be trainable Restaurants, in general, are high-stress, high-paced environments.
