Bar/Nightclub Manager

Position Overview Exit6 is seeking a reliable and experienced Bar/Nightclub Manager to oversee operations during our busy summer season. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced nightlife environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Schedule Seasonal role:

May through September Wednesday-Sunday 6:00 PM•3:00 AM (closing) Key Responsibilities Manage nightly bar and nightclub operations Supervise and support staff to ensure efficient service Maintain a safe, organized, and high-energy environment Monitor inventory, sales, and cash handling procedures Address customer needs and resolve issues professionally Qualifications Prior bar/nightclub management experience required Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work late-night hours consistently Dependable, organized, and able to perform under pressure Compensation $1,500•$2,000 per week (negotiable based on experience) How to Apply For
