Build the Team. Drive the Results. About Tasty Pot NM Tasty Pot NM is a Taiwanese hot pot restaurant built on systems, discipline, and consistent execution. We are not a chaotic restaurant. We run a structured, hospitality-driven operation where: Standards are clear Systems are followed Performance matters We are building toward multiple locations and need a General Manager who can take ownership of the entire operation. Why This Job Exists We need a GM who: Owns the full operation (FOH + BOH) Builds and leads a strong, accountable team Protects guest experience and consistency Understands that performance drives results, trust, and compensation If you've ever thought: "I could run a restaurant better if I had full control" — this role is built for you. What You'll Actually Do Daily Operations Run shifts and lead the floor Ensure service is smooth, fast, and consistent Handle issues in real time Team Leadership Hire, train, and develop
