Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced & energetic individual with at least 5 years of experience in the Food and Beverage resort industry to lead our fine dining restaurant, Elements, here at Angel Fire Resort. Elements is within our Country Club and is our venue for banquets, events, and weddings. In this position, you will hire, train, and lead a team of front of house staff, work closely with the kitchen to create a one-team environment, work towards the goal of making the restaurant a revenue-generating machine, and create a friendly and inviting environment for both resort members and the general public.
