Job Description
At Something Different Grill, our Associate Managers are trusted shift leaders who help create exceptional guest experiences while supporting the daily success of the restaurant. We are looking for dependable leaders who take pride in supporting their team, maintaining high operational standards, and helping create a positive, team-oriented work environment. We value leaders who bring consistency, strong communication, and a willingness to support both guests and team members wherever needed. As an Associate Manager, you will support the General Manager and Assistant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant while helping lead shifts, maintain service standards, support team performance, and ensure a smooth and positive guest experience.
Salary:
$17.20 hourlyBenefits:

Must be 18 years of age or older Previous restaurant, customer service, or leadership experience preferred Flexible availability including mornings and evenings as business needs require Serv-Safe or equivalentQualifications:
Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic Strong communication and team leadership skills Ability to lead by example and support a positive team culture Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and guest recovery skills Basic computer, cash-handling, and POS system knowledge Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbsResponsibilities:
Lead assigned shifts while supporting smooth daily restaurant operations Help coach, motivate, and support team members to deliver exceptional guest service Ensure team members follow company policies, appearance standards, and operational procedures Support opening, closing, cash handling, and shift change procedures Monitor guest satisfaction and address guest concerns promptly and professionally Assist with shift deployment, break management, and team communication Support food quality, cleanliness, safety, and operational standards throughout the restaurant Reinforce company expectations, service standards, and team accountability during each shift Communicate staffing, inventory, maintenance, or service concerns to management promptly Step in wherever needed to support the team and ensure an exceptional guest experiencePay:
