Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager - Restaurant to lead and inspire our establishment. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, efficient management of staff, and adherence to quality standards. Your energetic leadership will drive the restaurant's success, foster a positive team environment, and uphold our commitment to excellence in food service. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional eager to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management, to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food and beverage costs to maximize profitability. Supervises 15 to 25 team memebers , providing training, coaching, and development to enhance performance and teamwork. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Ensure compliance with food safety standards, sanitation regulations, and health codes across all departments. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction. Coordinate shift management, staffing schedules, and hiring processes including interviewing potential team members. Oversee food production processes including cooking, food handling, and presentation to meet quality standards. Implement operational procedures aligned with hospitality management best practices to optimize service flow. Foster a positive work environment that encourages staff training & development while promoting teamwork and leadership. Qualifications Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining establishments; fine dining or hotel experience is a plus. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food safety protocols. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; strong cash handling skills required. Demonstrated supervisory experience with staff training & development capabilities. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams in a high-energy environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences. Experience in budgeting, inventory control, food management, and cost analysis within the food industry.
