Operating in a combined operation (under same roof or within close proximity) of Retail/Food, Retail/Retail (remote locations only), or Retail/Services. Job Grade 3 Job Tier 1 Career Area Retail Operations Supervisor Yes Job Qualifications 1 year of retail, food and/or services management/supervisory experience is required. The hiring supervisor may accept successful completion of one of the following training programs as a substitute for one year of experience:
Retail/food:
National Brand Fast Food (NBFF), Exchange Restaurant Operations Management Academy (ROMA), Exchange Retail Management Training (RMT) or Retail Management Academy (RMA) training programs.
Retail/services:
Exchange Retail Management Training (RMT) or Retail Management Academy (RMA) training programs. -Must complete ServSafe (5460) within 30 days of assuming position (retail/food only). If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting. Additional Qualifications/Requirements
THE APPLICANT MUST 21 AND OLDER TO APPLY AND MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK MONDAY-SUNDAY 0600-2100 BASED ON THE OPERATIONAL NEEDS OF THE FACILITY. ONE YEAR OF SIMILAR RETAIL EXPERIENCE MANAGERIAL AND/OR SUPERVISORY AND MUST BE ABLE TO COMPLETE SERVSAFE
