Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic food service team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and hospitality. Your leadership will drive team performance, streamline processes, and foster a welcoming environment that encourages growth and excellence. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food production, service delivery, and staff supervision to ensure smooth daily functioning. Lead and motivate a diverse team of servers, cooks, bartenders, and support staff to deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee food preparation and food handling processes, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations. Coordinate shift schedules, monitor performance, and provide ongoing training in hospitality management, culinary techniques, and customer service excellence. Supervise kitchen management activities such as inventory control, food management, and ensuring efficient kitchen workflows. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and sanitation across all areas of the restaurant. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee a positive dining experience for all guests. Experience Proven management experience within the food industry or hospitality sector with a strong background in restaurant management. Demonstrated supervising experience in food service settings, including shift management and team leadership. Extensive knowledge of food production, cooking techniques, and food preparation best practices. Familiarity with food safety protocols, dietary considerations, catering operations, and banquet services is highly desirable. Previous experience in kitchen management or culinary roles such as chef or cook is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to lead by example in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
