Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Cafe Manager to lead our vibrant team and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily cafe operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service. Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and efficient team. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to uphold quality standards. Handle POS systems such as Square POS for accurate cash handling and sales processing. Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste. Enforce food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations across all kitchen and food handling activities. Monitor shift performance, address customer concerns promptly, and resolve operational issues efficiently. Requirements Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment, preferably with casual dining or cafe experience. Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service management. Familiarity with POS systems like Square POS for transaction processing. Experience supervising staff, conducting training sessions, and managing team performance. Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food safety standards within the food industry. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle cash handling accurately. Previous hospitality management or restaurant management experience is highly desirable. Ability to lead with enthusiasm, motivate staff, and foster a positive team environment.
