Full Job Description Now Hiring:
Restaurant General Manager (Downtown Las Vegas) An independently owned, bar-focused restaurant in Downtown Las Vegas is seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead daily operations and drive overall success. If you are a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and a strong bar background, please read on. Our 80-seat restaurant has service that includes lunch, dinner, late night and weekend brunch. Role:
Oversee all front- and back-of-house operations Lead, train and develop a high-performing team Responsible for all hiring and employee terminations Maintain exceptional guest service standards Manage scheduling, inventory and cost controls Ensure compliance with all health, safety and liquor regulations Collaborate on promotions, events and revenue growth strategies
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of senior management experience in a restaurant or bar-driven concept Strong background in bar operations and beverage programs Proven leadership and team-building skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Experience with POS systems Knowledgeable in State of Nevada Labor Laws, Federal Labor Laws, Nevada State Sanitation Requirement, general accounting practices, marketing, kitchen and bar operations and general computer skills
Compensation:
Salary negotiable based on experience Performance-based bonus program
