What You'll Do Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational performance Manage labor costs, food costs, inventory, purchasing, and controllable expenses Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain top hospitality talent Develop Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and future restaurant leaders Foster a culture of accountability, hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with all food safety, alcohol service, employment, and workplace safety regulations Monitor guest feedback and lead service recovery efforts Partner with casino departments to support property initiatives, promotions, and events Review operational and financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement Maintain consistent execution of Villa's Tacos brand standards What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of progressive restaurant management experience Prior General Manager experience strongly preferred High-volume restaurant, casino, resort, entertainment, or hospitality experience preferred Strong P&L management and financial analysis skills Proven success in leading and developing teams Strong operational, organizational, and leadership capabilities Experience managing labor, food costs, inventory, and profitability metrics Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with restaurant management systems and scheduling platforms ServSafe Alcohol Certified Preferred ServSafe Food Protection Manager Preferred Bilingual Preferred Why Join Villa's Tacos?
