This is a hands on leadership position responsible for daily operations team development and delivering a high standard of service and performance. What You Will Do You will oversee all day to day site operations including retail fuel and food service ensuring everything runs efficiently and meets company standards for cleanliness safety and customer experience This includes maintaining the overall image of the site including lot pumps restrooms and showers You will lead hire train and develop a full team including managers and hourly staff while building a culture of accountability engagement and low turnover You will work alongside your team setting expectations and leading by example You will manage the financial performance of the site including budgeting forecasting and understanding key drivers such as food cost labor cost shrink waste and fuel and merchandise margins You will make real time adjustments to ensure the site meets or exceeds profitability goals You will ensure compliance with all company policies and local state and federal regulations including food safety fuel compliance and age restricted sales You will oversee inventory controls conduct audits and manage vendor relationships to ensure accurate deliveries proper stock levels and efficient operations You will communicate regularly with your team to align on goals performance expectations safety and overall site success while identifying opportunities for improvement Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in Truck-Stop and QSR Operations Working knowledge of Restaurant Management Systems Ability to work as scheduled-50+ hours per week Ability to be "on call" for store needs as they arise Ability to perform all non-management activities when needed Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
