Schedule Wednesdays through Sundays, 8AM-4PM (subject to change) What to Expect as a Peren Front of House Manager Lead the Front of House teams at Perenn Rancharrah, Perenn Midtown, and Perenn at the Museum by guiding them, assigning tasks, and continuously auditing performance to maintain high standards Deliver exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced setting while keeping the energy high for both guests and employees Handle any customer concerns with a warm and diplomatic approach Lead pre-shift meetings, ensuring that Front of House team is fully informed about new updates, specials, and menu items Guide the team each day through constructive feedback, as well as positive reinforcement Direct and participate in opening and closing duties with Front of House team, including the opening and closing of tills, while ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the Front of House area Prepare weekly deposits Hire and screen Front of House staff Plan and execute the training of new employees Collaborate with Back of House staff to enhance Front of House staff's knowledge of menu offerings Organize, oversee, and communicate staff schedules Assign and communicate break schedules to Front of House Team Conduct quarterly check-ins Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with restaurant policy Manage inventory and coordinate with Maintenance for supply deliveries Order paper good, bar supplies, and other Front of House frequently used supplies Double-check all coffee and alcohol orders to ensure accuracy of orders Complete weekly orders Front of House supplies Oversee large catering orders to ensure quality and precision Ensure compliance with alcohol regulations Manage and review sales records and cash receipts Troubleshoot escalated POS issues Enter new products into Toast, ensuring price accuracy Assume additional responsibilities as delegated, contributing to the overall success and operational efficiency of the company About You A minimum of 1-2 year of leadership experience in a restaurant/bakery environment Strong supervisory and leadership skills Highly skilled in multitasking, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure and attention to detail Ability to foster collaboration Self-starter Adaptable and flexible Willingness to learn and to teach Collaborative and willing to assist whenever necessary Hospitality is at the heart of everything Physical Requirements Prolonged periods standing and walking Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time Transparent Hospitality is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
