This role is all about creating a welcoming atmosphere, delivering top-notch customer service, and managing the restaurant's overall performance. If you're passionate about food, hospitality, and leading a dynamic team, this is your chance to shine! You'll oversee everything from staff management to food quality, ensuring our guests have memorable dining experiences every time. Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations, including shift management and ensuring excellent customer service. Train, develop, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional food and hospitality standards. Oversee food preparation, kitchen management, and food safety practices to maintain high-quality standards. Manage inventory control, including stock rotation and ordering supplies using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS. Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production, catering events, and banquet services to meet guest expectations. Monitor restaurant performance metrics and implement improvements to boost efficiency and guest satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management with supervising experience. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking. Excellent leadership skills with a background in staff training, team management, and employee development. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and manage inventory effectively. Experience in managing fast-paced environments like quick service & fast food restaurants or fine dining settings. Good communication skills for interviewing staff, supervising shifts, and maintaining customer relations.
