In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver memorable dining experiences while managing all aspects of restaurant management with enthusiasm and professionalism. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual passionate about hospitality, food service, and team development to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. Duties Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance to foster a motivated and efficient team Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability Operate POS systems such as Square POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations across all areas of the restaurant Coordinate shift management, including scheduling staff coverage to meet customer demand during peak hours Maintain excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Skills Proven management experience in chef-driven restaurants or casual dining environments with supervising responsibilities Strong knowledge of food handling, food safety practices, and culinary techniques including food preparation and cooking skills Familiarity with POS systems such as Square POS for efficient transaction processing Exceptional team management skills with experience in staff training, development, and interviewing candidates Ability to oversee kitchen operations, food production, catering services, and bar management when applicable Excellent organizational skills for inventory control, budgeting, and shift management Leadership qualities that inspire collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement in a hospitality setting Join us as a Restaurant Manager where your passion for food industry excellence meets your talent for leadership.
