As a General Manager, you will not just sit in an office—you will lead by example on the floor, mastering every station from the grill to the register. You are responsible for the overall success of the store, which means managing the Profit & Loss (P&L), holding your team accountable to high standards, and maintaining an "A" health inspection rating at all times. 18 years of age or older Authorized to work in the U.S. Reliable transportation to the Colonie Center Mall Schedule flexibility to meet the demands of a restaurant management role Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, and safely lift up to 50 pounds for the duration of a shift (up to 10 hours with scheduled breaks) Ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English (read, write, and speak) Comfort functioning in a fast-paced, noisy kitchen environment with temperature fluctuations Preferred :
Previous management experience in a fast-casual or fast-food environment Valid driver's license Your Daily Operations Business Management:
Manage store Profit & Loss (P&L) by strictly enforcing cash control/security procedures, maintaining accurate inventory, and reviewing financial reports. Labor & Compliance:
Manage labor effectively, optimizing schedules to comply with local labor laws and minimize penalty premiums. Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor all staff members. Conduct performance appraisals, celebrate team successes, and utilize corrective action processes when necessary. Operational Excellence:
Maintain an "A" health inspection rating and achieve satisfactory scores on all internal "Secret Shopper" and third-party operational audits. Station Mastery:
Actively work alongside your team by mastering all stations (cashier, grill, fry, table, dressing, and lobby) and operating all kitchen equipment safely. Customer Service:
Resolve guest complaints quickly and professionally, maintaining fast, accurate service and positive guest relations. Administrative Duties:
Perform strict opening and closing duties, attend mandatory leadership meetings, and adhere to all City, State, and Federal mandates.
