In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and team success. Your leadership will drive the restaurant's growth, uphold food safety standards, and foster a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional eager to make a positive impact in a fast-paced, lively setting. Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, overseeing food preparation, and ensuring smooth shift transitions. Maintain high standards of customer service by training staff on hospitality best practices and resolving guest concerns promptly. Oversee inventory control, food safety compliance, and proper food handling procedures to minimize waste and maximize quality. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Supervise kitchen management activities including food production, culinary standards, and kitchen safety protocols. Implement staff training and development programs to enhance team skills in food service management, culinary techniques, and customer engagement. Handle budgeting responsibilities, including cost control, labor management, and financial reporting to ensure profitability. Coordinate with catering services or banquet events when applicable, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service. Foster a positive team environment through effective interviewing, hiring, coaching, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety standards across all restaurant operations. Experience Proven management experience within the food industry, ideally in quick service & fast food or casual dining environments. Extensive background in restaurant management with supervising experience in hospitality or kitchen settings. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary processes, and food safety regulations. Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS or Toast; cash handling expertise is essential. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively through training & development initiatives and performance management. Familiarity with inventory control practices, budgeting processes, and food production workflows. Experience managing diverse restaurant operations including bar service or catering is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
