Supervise Daily Operations :
Help oversee the day-to-day functioning of the restaurant to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
Staff Management :
Assist in recruiting, training, and scheduling front-of-house staff to maintain excellent customer service.
Customer Relations :
Interact with guests and event planners to address to ensure a positive dining experience.
Quality Control :
Monitor food and beverage preparation to maintain consistent quality and presentation standards.
Financial Reporting :
Assist in tracking sales, expenses, and labor costs to contribute to financial reports and budget planning.
Training and Development :
Support staff development through coaching, feedback, and ongoing training opportunities.
Revenue Enhancement :
Collaborate with ownership and management team to implement strategies for upselling, promotions, and special events to boost sales.
Salary:
Competitive compensation based upon experience + performance-based bonus.
Pay:
$22.00•$25.00 per hour
