General Manager

Binghamton HOTS is now recruiting a General Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities include:

(but aren't limited to) ~Following Protocols and guidelines to ensure consistent restaurant operations ~Ensuring Quality Control Standards are being met -Inventory Management -Weekly scheduling and real time schedule adjustments ~Employee Hiring, Training, and Oversight ~Maximizing Guest Experiences ~Ensuring Proper Cash Handling Procedures ~Analysis and Oversight of Controllable Metrics such as Food and Labor Costs Competitive pay and room for advancement within organization. Health Insurance options. Must be available to work all shifts, including late nights and weekends. Must also be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and spend extended periods of time on feet.
