Full Job Description Training General Manager Location:
Bronxville, NY We're looking for an energetic and motivated Training General Manager to join our growing restaurant organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced restaurant leader who is passionate about developing people, driving operational excellence, and preparing for increased leadership responsibilities. As a Training General Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of a high-volume restaurant while serving as a mentor and trainer for future managers and team members. You'll work closely with leadership to ensure operational consistency, exceptional guest service, and the successful onboarding of new management talent. Responsibilities Lead all daily restaurant operations, ensuring an outstanding guest experience. Recruit, hire, train, and develop hourly team members and management staff. Serve as a certified trainer and mentor for new General Managers and leadership candidates. Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality. Drive sales growth while managing labor, food costs, and overall profitability. Analyze financial reports and implement action plans to achieve business goals. Coach managers on leadership, accountability, and performance improvement. Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety standards, and health regulations. Assist with new restaurant openings, training initiatives, and operational rollouts as needed. Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement and employee development. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or comparable leadership role. Demonstrated success in leading high-volume restaurant operations. Strong experience hiring, training, coaching, and developing management teams. Solid understanding of P&L management, labor controls, inventory, and cost management. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high operational standards. Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience opening new restaurants or training multiple locations is a plus.
