The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service and quality. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the hospitality industry, and a commitment to staff development. Duties Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the establishment, including kitchen management and bar operations. Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient service delivery. Oversee cash handling procedures to maintain accuracy and accountability. Ensure compliance with food handling and food safety regulations to guarantee guest satisfaction. Train new staff members on operational procedures, customer service standards, and safety protocols. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their experience. Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment. Requirements Strong knowledge of kitchen management practices and food safety regulations. Experience with cash handling processes and financial reporting. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively. Familiarity with quick service restaurant operations is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
