Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient service. 2. Develop and implement innovative and delicious recipes that cater to our client's needs and preferences. 3. Manage a team of culinary professionals, providing them with guidance, training, and motivation to excel in their roles. 4. Uphold the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness in accordance with ServeSafe regulations. 5. Collaborate with the management team to develop menus, set pricing, and ensure the profitability of the food service operation. 6. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary. 7. Handle any food-related concerns or complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction. 8. Stay up-to-date with latest culinary trends and techniques to continually improve our food service offerings.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Chef Manager or similar role in the food service industry. 2. Certification from the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and Certified Executive Chef (CEC) preferred. 3. Hold a current ServeSafe certification. 4. Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 5. Excellent culinary skills, with a passion for creating innovative and delicious recipes. 6. Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff at all levels. 9. Strong business acumen, with an understanding of budgeting, cost control, and food service profitability. 10. A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the food service industry, with a focus on recipe development and management.
