Duties Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth coordination between food preparation, cooking, and service teams Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste Oversee food safety protocols in compliance with health regulations and company standards Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff to enhance skills in food handling, cooking techniques, and customer service Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout the kitchen area Assist in budgeting, cost control, and scheduling to maximize operational efficiency Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management within quick service or fast food restaurants Strong background in restaurant management with supervisory experience in hospitality or food service environments Familiarity with inventory control practices and food safety regulations Excellent leadership skills with a track record of staff training & development and team management Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a high-volume setting Previous experience in fine dining or casual dining environments is highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to manage shift operations effectively Join us as a Kitchen Manager where your culinary talent and leadership will drive success!
