Sonic's unique service delivery system provides personalized carhop service that's fast and convenient along with dine in experience. At Sonic, we encourage and attract creative people whose passion for what they do shows in the food, the experience, and the culture of Sonic. As an Assistant General Manager, your duties include:

• Ensures customers are serviced at the highest level of satisfaction through quality food, courteous employees and quick response to needs. Individual must be comfortable with addressing and resolving complaints in a professional manner.
• Assists drive-in management in implementing the restaurant plan in order to meet established operating standards, sales and profits.
• Assists in training and motivating crew members and performing the work functions in the Seven Basic Stations as needed.
• Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees as needed to ensure all aspects of food service meet operational standards
• Individual will work with management in a manner that helps control costs and assists in managing daily operations.
• Ability to work flexible schedule for the needs of the business and to perform open / closing duties
• Strong Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead team members
• Individual must be a Team Player willing to meet and exceed drive
• in goals and objectives, open communication, cleanliness and safety Candidate must have a valid drivers license. Minimum 1-year experience as a restaurant manager or similar experience required.
