About Warfield's Warfield's Restaurant, Bar, Event Center & Bakery is entering an exciting new chapter of growth and transformation. As we continue evolving our Elevated Casual dining experience, we are seeking a passionate, hands-on General Manager who can lead our team, elevate the guest experience, develop people, and drive strong financial performance. This is not a position for someone who wants to manage from an office. We are looking for a hospitality leader who thrives on the floor, enjoys coaching and developing teams, and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences. Position Summary The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and profitability of the restaurant, bar, bakery, and event center. This role will provide strategic direction while remaining actively involved in day-to-day operations, team development, guest satisfaction, and financial management. The ideal candidate will be a visible leader who leads by example, inspires accountability, and creates a culture centered around hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence. Responsibilities & Leadership & Culture Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop team members and managers. Build a culture of accountability, hospitality, and continuous improvement. Coach and mentor team members to maximize performance and retention. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations. Develop future leaders and succession plans. Guest Experience Ensure exceptional hospitality standards throughout all areas of the operation. Actively engage with guests and resolve concerns professionally. Maintain a visible presence during service periods. Drive guest satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business. Financial & Operational Management Maintain accountability for all restaurant financial results. Manage labor, food cost, beverage cost, and operating expenses. Review financial reports and implement action plans. Monitor inventory, purchasing, and waste control. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Strategic Growth Support sales-building initiatives and community involvement. Partner with ownership and leadership teams on long-term planning. Drive event revenue opportunities and banquet growth. Champion the continued evolution of Warfield's Elevated Casual positioning. Qualifications 5+ years of successful restaurant General Manager experience. Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams. High-volume restaurant experience preferred. Experience with events, catering, or banquet operations is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Passion for hospitality and guest service. $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
