Restaurant Manager

Cooperstown Experience, home of Fenimore's Table and The Cooperstown Clubhouse, is looking for experienced and motivated Restaurant Managers to lead our restaurants and arcade operations. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant and arcade operations to ensure smooth, efficient service. Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue and profitability. Manage budgets, financial reports, labor costs, inventory and purchasing. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations. Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction. Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly. Support scheduling and staffing needs to ensure proper coverage during all shifts. Monitor cash handling and POS procedures in accordance with company policies. Build and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships. Execute marketing and promotional initiatives to increase traffic and engagement. Identify and address operational challenges or safety concerns proactively. Step into operational roles as needed to support the team and maintain excellent service.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred Minimum of three years of management experience and two years in food service is required. Proven leadership experience in restaurant management or a similar role hospitality role. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Experience with budgeting, cash handling, and POS systems. ServSafe certification (or equivalent NYS-approved certification) required or ability to obtain. TIPS certification (or equivalent NYS-approved alcohol awareness training) required or ability to obtain. Must be able to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible availability, including evenings, and weekends.

Base Salary:

$60,000 - $75,000 annually, base on experience
