Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bar Manager, where you'll lead the bar operations with energy, precision, and a passion for exceptional service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily bar activities, manage a talented team, and ensure an outstanding guest experience in a lively and fast-paced environment. As a key leader, you'll drive operational excellence, uphold food safety standards, and foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties Supervise all bar operations, including food and beverage , serving, and customer interactions to ensure top-tier service. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability. Oversee
TOAST POS
for accurate cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting. Train and develop staff on Drink preparation techniques, customer service standards, safety protocols, and proper handling procedures. Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours while maintaining quality standards. Enforce Bar safety regulations and cleanliness standards to ensure compliance with health codes in all food and beverage areas. Lead hiring efforts by interviewing candidates, onboarding new team members, and fostering a positive team environment focused on growth and excellence. Experience Proven management experience in a quick service with strong supervisory skills. Extensive background bar management within casual dining or fine dining environments. Familiarity with POS for cash handling and sales processing. Demonstrated ability to oversee inventory control, budgeting, and cost management in a hospitality setting. Experience training staff on bar safety practices, customer service excellence, and operational procedures. Prior involvement in restaurant or hotel management roles with responsibilities including shift management, team leadership, and customer engagement. Knowledge of catering operations or banquet experience is a plus; culinary experience or barista expertise is advantageous for this role.
