What You'll Do Provide strategic leadership for all food service operations, including patient dining and retail services Lead, mentor, and develop a team including: Operations Manager Patient Services Manager Executive Chef 50+ union frontline employees Drive exceptional resident satisfaction through quality food, service, and hospitality Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (DOH, Joint Commission, HACCP) Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls Partner closely with client leadership to deliver on program objectives and continuous improvement initiatives Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and service excellence What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
