Job Description
Overview We are seeking an energetic and highly organized
MANAGER ON DUTY
to oversee nightly operations at our vibrant venue. This pivotal role ensures seamless guest experiences, maintains safety protocols, and manages team performance during evening hours. As the face of leadership during your shift, you will coordinate staff, handle guest concerns, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality and service excellence. Your proactive approach will foster a lively, safe, and memorable environment for all visitors. Duties Lead and supervise staff members during your shift, ensuring smooth operations across all areas of the venue. Oversee guest services, addressing any issues promptly to guarantee a positive experience. Manage shift responsibilities including cash handling, report writing, and maintaining operational logs. Coordinate event activities and manage crowd control to ensure safety and enjoyment for all attendees. Enforce venue policies and safety procedures, responding swiftly to incidents or emergencies as needed. Collaborate with management to optimize staffing levels and operational efficiency during your shift. Provide leadership in resolving customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience in nightclub management, events management, or hospitality roles within a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated leadership skills with previous supervisory or assistant manager experience. Strong background in managing shifts, supervising staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail for incident reports and operational documentation. Familiarity with cash handling procedures, guest services, and managing large crowds safely. Experience working in a restaurant or resort setting is highly desirable.
