Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here We are a growing fast-casual, scratch café concept looking for an energetic and people-focused General Manager to lead daily operations. This is a hands-on role for a leader who loves great food, thrives on building strong teams, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience. What You'll Do Partner closely with front- and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless daily operations Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing team Oversee vendor ordering, inventory control, and product receiving Manage daily cash handling, deposits, and register accuracy Interview, hire, and onboard new team members Create and manage staff schedules to support business needs Track key performance metrics and adjust operations to achieve goals What We're Looking For Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Comfort using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) Reliable transportation and flexibility to commute or relocate as needed What's Offered Salary up to $75K Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Employee discounts
