Job Description

Position Summary The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations. This role helps manage team performance, ensures operational standards are met, and steps into leadership responsibilities as needed. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and shift execution Support hiring, training, coaching, and development of team members Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently followed Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally Lead shifts and act as Manager-on-Duty when assigned Support execution of company initiatives and operational goals Qualifications Previous supervisory or restaurant experience preferred Strong teamwork and leadership skills Ability to coach and motivate others Effective communication and problem-solving skills Flexible availability
