Your Role:

As Assistant Manager, you'll be instrumental in day-to-day operations, working alongside our General Manager to ensure guests receive outstanding service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting front-of-house and back-of-house operations during serviceTraining, coaching, and supervising staff to maintain high service standardsManaging reservations, seating, and guest flowHandling customer concerns with professionalism and careAssisting with inventory, scheduling, and opening/closing proceduresMaintaining health, safety, and cleanliness standardsContributing to a positive team culture and collaborative work environmentWe're seeking someone with restaurant management experience, strong leadership skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
