In this role, you will manage customer service standards, and coordinate with kitchen staff to deliver seamless service. Your leadership will foster a welcoming atmosphere, uphold food safety and cleanliness standards, and drive operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the guest journey while developing your management skills in a dynamic food service environment. Duties Supervise daily front-of-house operations, including greeting guests, taking orders through the Toast POS system, managing orders and large school orders Oversee POS systems such as Toast POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy. Manage inventory control for front-of-house supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained efficiently. Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure timely food delivery, proper food presentation, and quality standards are met. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to maintain a positive dining experience. Assist with shift management, scheduling staff shifts, and supervising team performance to optimize productivity. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management with supervising responsibilities. Strong knowledge of food preparation, food handling, and food safety protocols. Familiarity with Toast POS system; cash handling expertise required. Experience in managing a quick service & fast food restaurant or casual dining environment; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus. Excellent leadership skills with a background in staff training, team management, interviewing, and development. Ability to oversee inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for hospitality excellence.
