What You'll Do:

Lead and inspire a high-energy team to deliver top-notch service and quality every time. Oversee daily operations, including staffing, inventory, and ensuring our food is always fresh and delicious. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure complete satisfaction. Manage cash, labor costs, and financial reports, maintaining the efficiency of the restaurant. Train, develop, and motivate crew members to reach their full potential.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a fast food or quick-service restaurant, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role. Strong communication and problem-solving skills to handle anything that comes your way. A passion for customer service and a commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
