Job Description

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the food service area, ensuring smooth and efficient service Train, lead, and motivate staff to deliver top-tier customer service Manage inventory, food costs, and ordering Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Work closely with your team to maintain high food quality and presentation standards
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in food service management or hospitality (Preferred but not required) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe certification is a plus) Open availability to work evenings and weekends if needed Must be 18 years or older
